We provide yoga classes for kids! Yoga is a great way to get your kids off the couch and into a healthy routine of exercise. It’s also a great chance for you as their parents to have some fun with them, and bond with each other through movement. We offer classes for kids of all ages, from babies to teenagers. Our classes are designed with the needs of children in mind—from beginners who are just looking to get started on their journey to more experienced yogis who want to expand their practice. Our teachers are trained in how best to teach yoga poses so that they can safely practise young students retaining all the benefits of a traditional yoga class: strength building, flexibility, balance and coordination—all while having fun!
